Ashley Hewitt

Ashley Hewitt is the Interim K-12 Literacy Director for Guilford County Schools in Greensboro, North Carolina. Prior to serving in this capacity, Ashley was an Elementary Literacy Supervisor from 2020 until October of this year. Ashley began her career as a classroom teacher. For thirteen years she taught in both elementary and secondary schools.

Ashley has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Radford University in Radford Virginia and a Master of Administration degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University in Greensboro, North Carolina.
