Diana Fedderman is the Director of Supplemental Educational Services for the School District of Palm Beach County, the 10th largest district in the country. Diana grew up in the Palm Beach county school system and started her career as a middle school English teacher. She has implemented multiple curriculum initiatives within the district, including Science of Reading, content-based literacy instruction, and equity-embedded rubrics to adopt and implement instructional materials. Using these materials to coach administrators around the fidelity of instructional materials, districts can affect large-scale change.

Diana earned her B.A. in English and an M.Ed. and Ph.D in Curriculum and Instruction from Florida Atlantic University. Her research focuses on a critical analysis of high-quality instructional materials to leverage change in teacher practice.
