Our Vision and Mission

Our vision is to help bring about a “tipping point” of school districts across the country providing high-quality, equitable, and engaging instruction for all students – instruction that results in a deep sense of professional pride and fulfillment for educators and that encourages and supports all students in achieving lofty academic and life goals.

Pioneering the implementation of high-quality curriculum can be scary. By sharing our stories and collaborating publicly, we hope to make this work feel more accessible and attainable for other school leaders. 

We pursue our vision by:

• Using our voices to authentically share our district’s story of increased teacher effectiveness and student learning through the thoughtful implementation of high-quality, knowledge-building curriculum.
• Building a community of change agents who advance student outcomes through dynamic professional collaboration.
