Donna Kolakowski

Donna Kolakowski is currently an Executive Coach at the American Reading Company.

Previously, Donna served as the Supervisor of Elementary Education in Cape Henlopen School District in Delaware through the 2019-20 school year. She is celebrating her 30th year in K–12 education, having started her career as a first grade teacher. She has taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade, served as the K-12 coordinator for ELA instruction, as Assistant Principal, and as Principal, and before entering district leadership.  

Donna has her Master’s Degree from University of Delaware in Instruction and certification in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University (DE). She is the recipient of the Jean Martin Outstanding Leadership in Literacy Award that is given out by the Delaware Literacy Association.
