Karen Delay

Karen Delay has been a C&I Coordinator in Rio Rancho Public Schools since 2016, following eight years of teaching experience in middle school mathematics in Los Lunas and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Karen has also served as a Teacher Leader with the Mathematically Connected Communities project at New Mexico State University since 2014, providing professional learning to K-12 math teachers across the state. Karen attended New Mexico State University and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Leadership.
