Lavina Jones-Davis serves as the Director of Elementary Education at Brandywine School District in northern New Castle County, Delaware. Previously, she served as an Assistant Principal then as a Principal after beginning her career in the classroom, initially as a kindergarten teacher then a fifth grade teacher of English learners.

Lavina earned her Masters degree in Elementary Education from Lincoln University, where she also received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration. She received her Principals’ Certificate from Wilmington University and completed the leadership graduate program at Relay GSE.
