Frankie Skinner is the Director of Instruction for Sumner County Schools, TN, serving prior to that as Federal Programs Supervisor, Elementary Coordinator, and Lead Educator, instructional coach. Frankie’s teaching experience is in elementary and middle school – serving in urban, suburban, rural school districts as well as the private sector in Kentucky and Tennessee.
Frankie attended Murray State University and has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership with an instructional coaching certificate from Lipscomb University. She currently has plans to continue her education at Lipscomb University in the doctoral program beginning in August of this year.
