Monique Wild is the Director of Instructional Development for the Central Community School System in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Previously, she served as an Executive Master Teacher for the Louisiana Department of Education from 2012-2019 working with districts to increase student achievement throughout the state and as a Master Teacher for Ascension Parish Schools from 2008-2012.  Monique’s teaching experiences range from third grade through high school with a concentration in ELA and Social Studies – all in Ascension Parish Public Schools. 

Monique attended Louisiana State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She received her Masters in Educational Technology from Northwestern Louisiana University. Monique and her teaching teammates were named 2006 Disney Teacher of the Year and in 2008 co-authored Teamwork: Setting the Standard for Collaborative Teaching.
