Todd Davis

Todd Davis, Ed.D. is a Senior Advisor of HQIM Implementation Supports for the Texas Education Agency. Formerly, Todd served as Chief Academic Officer (CAO) for Aldine ISD. He began his career with the district 30 years ago as a teacher at Aldine’s Worsham Elementary. Todd worked at the school level until 2008 and, staying within the district, worked his way up from teacher to principal, to Assistant Superintendent, eventually becoming the CAO in 2018.

As the CAO, Todd oversaw curriculum and program development, ensuring students have equal access to high-quality resources. He led his team with a focus on equity, ensuring there are skilled teachers for every student and that each individual child’s needs are served. Todd also led the effort to improve student learning outcomes so all students have choices and opportunities to be successful after high school.
